The Thatcher Sacramento Alum Facility is comprised of a 2,000 square foot office administrative building and lab and a 7,000 square foot manufacturing and storage area.
This facility was a design/build project located on a 8.5 acre site. The project also included a new railroad spur, truck scale, and tractor trailer parking.
