The Rinchem Chemical building is a 35,000 square foot facility designed as the company’s ‘hub and spoke’ system for chemical storage and transportation. This facility was a very successful design/build project that included all three phases of our services. The facility required specialty services such as gas management and storage, and dip-tube exchange in a clean room environment.
The highlights of this building are the 5,000 square foot mezzanine and the very roomy 30,000 square foot warehouse/operations area. The facility satisfies extensive code requirements for chemical housing and transfer. It also required a very complex floor drain system designed for spill containment.
