The Rhodes Bake N Serve Headquarters facility is a 42,000 square foot building designed to facilitate the companies corporate needs. The floor plan was laid out very conservatively per the customers desire to use every square foot with an exact purpose. Roll up doors on the basement garage entrance separate public parking from executive parking.
This facility is a design/build project from start to finish. The highlights of the project include the grand entrance engaging the buildings visitors as the enter into the beautiful lobby area. The project shows a great use of conventional building materials applied to a modest yet sleek design. This facility also included unique spaces such as management offices , conference rooms, a comfortable employee breakroom and four kitchen facilities.
