This Old Dominion Freight Line shop building in Denver, CO is one of hundreds across the United States. Furst Construction has built a large number of these facilities and each one has been done with our design/build delivery method. The Denver location also includes LTL terminals that were expanded to 87 doors and included a remodel.
The Denver shop is a 15,000 + square foot facility designed for repairing and servicing the company’s trucks and trailers. This facility was a complex, design/build project that came with many custom requirements specific to the company. The building consists of a large shop with large roll up doors, two smaller delivery roll ups and a large storage space. It also has a custom truck wash, shop offices, restrooms and break room.
