The Industrial Container building is a 230,000 square foot facility designed as the company’s main headquarters and distribution warehouse. This facility was a design/build project from concept to delivery. This facility was custom designed to accommodate all aspects of the company’s functions and operations. Design parameters had to consider sales, administration, manufacturing, and distribution. This building boasts a very nice 5,000 square foot showroom and 50,000 square foot office/ mezzanine area. The remaining 175,000 square feet is dedicated to manufacturing and distribution. One of the highlights of this building is its 32 dock high doors and six 12’ x 14’ dock high doors.
