The IDI Meridian building is a 232,800 square foot facility designed as a spec industrial warehouse. This facility was a design/build project offering tenants anywhere from 25,000 - 232,000 square feet of leasable space. The facility offers 24 dock high doors and four 14’ roll-up doors. The highlights of this facility are the huge clearspan bays that create large open spaces suitable for any use.
