The Stotz/Greenline Equipment Building is a 15,500 square foot facility custom designed for selling and servicing agricultural equipment. This facility was a design/build project from concept to delivery. The facility owner requested a large warehouse for equipment servicing and repair and a very nice showroom for sale and display of new equipment models.
The highlights of this facility are the 5-ton top running crane installed in the warehouse for easy transport of equipment, a top of the line tool room and a large trench drain for washing equipment inside. The facility was also designed with management offices, a large conference room and a breakdown for the enjoyment of the employees.
