Budge Hall is a three-story student residence hall complex with 120 double occupancy rooms, hall advisor's apartment, main lounge, hall lounge and separate bicycle storage area. Budge hall was completed on a twelve-month construction schedule. The project included demolition of existing finishes with only simple structure remaining intact, new site concrete, and landscaping. New mechanical tunnels were constructed at basement level with all new finishes including exterior veneers from the ground up. The building also included brick veneer with precast stone accents and stucco exterior, single-ply membrane roof.
