The Arizona Tile building is a 95,000 square foot facility designed for displaying and distributing flooring and stone products. The facility was a design/build project from concept to delivery. The facility owner requested a very large warehouse for storing granite, marble and quartz slabs and all types of tile flooring products.
The highlights of this facility are the exquisite showroom and high end office spaces. The facility is 70,000 square feet of warehouse and 25,000 square feet of office and showroom. Warehouse includes racking, 18 roll up doors and two dock high doors.
